Quality Management Foundations: How well employees understand and use quality in their daily work is a key factor in a company’s success. Steven Brown, the lecturer, describes quality from a business standpoint in this course and goes over the main quality frameworks, tools, and tactics that you can use to more successfully manage quality in your organisation. Learn to distinguish between the various definitions of quality used by your organisation and supplier chain. Discover the essential elements of the three main quality strategies, the key quality instruments that help to increase performance, and the key qualities of the major quality management frameworks.

Learning Objective: By the end of the course “Quality Management Foundations,” students will be able to understand, apply, and effectively implement the principles and practices of quality management to ensure the delivery of high-quality products or services in various organizational settings.
